NEW EU REGULATION NO. 679/2016

The EU reg. fully replaces Legislative Decree 196/03 on the protection of personal data, so-called Privacy. [riepilogo norma] In Art. 1 it definitively clarifies that the regulation applies for the 'protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data'. Anything that is not relevant to natural persons falls instead within the scope of 'confidentiality'.

Data Types Collected

This site, in the open area, uses cookies as highlighted in the banner during access. Autonomously, no personal data as defined by the new EU regulation are collected. Some exclusively personal data are collected when the user, of his/her own free will, sends an email to Eurotrading, possibly attaching his/her CV. The collection of such personal data has the sole purpose of the company activity. The data is stored in the system and managed in accordance with EU regulations. E-mail addresses linked to commercial operators are considered company data even if they refer to personal data of the user.

Methods and location of the processing of Collected Data

The Data Controller adopts appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorised access, disclosure, modification or destruction of Personal Data. The processing is carried out using computer and/or telematic instruments, with organisational methods and logics strictly related to the purposes indicated. In addition to the Data Controller, in some cases, other subjects involved in the organization of Eurotrading spa (administrative, commercial, marketing, legal, system administrators) may have access to the Data.

Data are processed and stored for the time required by the purposes for which they have been collected.

Purpose of Data processing

The purpose is exclusively operational for the system and any subsequent direct contact with the user. Data collected through the web portal are entered voluntarily by the user who becomes responsible for their accuracy, including the sending of CVs and/or other attachments.

The data collected are exclusively of a personal nature such as: company name, surname and first name, email, address, country, telephone references.

Contact form (This Application)

By filling in the contact form with his/her Data, the User consents to the use of such Data in order to reply to requests for information, quotations, or any other type of request.

Newsletter (This Application)

By registering for the newsletter, the User's email address is automatically included in a list of contacts to whom email messages containing information of a commercial and promotional nature may be sent. The User's email address may also be added to this list as a result of registering with this Application or after making a purchase.

Statistics

The services contained in this section allow the Data Controller to monitor and analyse traffic data anonymously.
